Avoid drinking Soda if you can, cut back on Red meat and eat more chicken.
you should drink 2 glasses of boiled water every 4 hours. and exersice normally or preferebly dojumping jacks. simple but effective....
Switch it up.dont eat the same foods over and over again, your body gets used to it and will only burn what it is used to. If you normally eat 100 calories but had 300 today, your body will stop at 100 and store the rest.
Eat whole grain wheat bread. Avoid white processed bread.
Cook with olive oil. Avoid margarines and butters.
Broil/Bake meats. Don't fry them.
Use oil/vinegar based salad dressing. Avoid creamy mayonnaise based dressings.
Settle for sherbet. Avoid ice cream.
Drink water. Avoid sodas and other drinks with a high sugar content.
