Buy ProActiv because it's a commerical product that many celebrities and ordinary Americans use. ProActiv is said to clear up acne, blackheads and whiteheads. Their website is as follows: http://proactiv.com Another popular technique that helps to clear up acne is drink plenty of water--exaclty 8 glasses per day. Water helps to eliminate toxins that can lead to acne breakouts. I read this in a magazine that many celebs use this method to keep their skin hydrated and from developing acne. I use Acne Free. It is exactly like Proactiv except that it is sold in stores and it is readily availble. Acne Free also has time-released benzoyl-peroxide. It works really well on me, but remember not everything works for everyone. But I recommend it.
