  • I would learn and use shiatsu points for pain, even acupuncture. Find a practitioner and they can teach you. Something else that is excellent for pain is learning EFT. Look it up on the web, find a practitioner and you WILL find relief with no drugs.
  • I'm guessing the OTC pain relievers don't help you? Such as tylenol, advil, etc. Here are some informative web sites regarding non-opiate pain relievers.   • If it is chronic, you can take certain seizure meds, like neurontin, or antidepressants, like elavil. You have to take them daily, but prevent the pain.
