I believe I have a partially broken septate hymen. Me and my fiancee tried to have sex but it was just too painful to continue. Everything that touches my hymen causes it to bleed. So, broken? What to do?

See a professional. There are procedures available to repair hymens, tear them safely, and divert blood flow around the pelvic area to prevent excessive bleeding during sexual intercourse.

If the question is with the intent of simply having sex rather than resolving the medical issue, consider "making out" which involves a large degree of outercourse without penetration which can be very stimulating and avoids contact with any of the parts on the inside.
