Are you a good Wiccan or a bad Wiccan?

Religion and philosophies have little to do with a person being good or bad.

This is an asinine question. It equates to "Are you a good Christian or a bad Christian?" Like most people, Wiccans are just mucking through life's mysteries as best they can. Whether or not someone is a good or bad Wiccan depends on whether or not they are a good or bad (in a Wiccan paradigm: ethical or unethical) person.

A true witch is neither.

all humans have a good side and bad side...most strive to good all the time but alas, we are human...so every person, Christain, Wicca, Islam, Buddist, etc. ...has their ups and downs, struggles with themselves...its life...

I am always good.

I am the Good Wiccan of the North. The Bad Wiccan of the West is my sister.

Well, I am Wiccan. Some days I am a good person and some days I fall short. I am fairly devout in my worship of the God and Goddess. Whether I do this adequately is between me, The God and Goddess and perhaps the High Priestess and Priest in my group. I am told I am a pretty good person though.

I try to be a balanced mixture of both, I guess.

I dont practice organized religon.

I am using the word divinity in my reply in an attempt to remain neutral, as we all express this and feel a deep connection to this in our own way and I do not wish nor aim to offend... hope that works for all of you.

The presupposition that we would crucify you were you surrounded by us and that we hate you is sad. It bespeaks of what you choose to not understand and the beliefs you seem to blindly follow.

I feel a deep sadness and pain for you. All things created are the children of divinity and contain within them the essence of divinity. As such all things are divine.

Any belief system that a person chooses to embrace should comfort them, empower them, and fill them with joy rather than scare them into submission. I can only hope that at some point in your life you will find joy, peace, and love instead of the obvious pain and fear that encompass you now as is obvious from what you have written.

If I may a meditation offered...

May Divinity keep you safe and may you one day find a deeper more loving spiritual connection the universe of possibilities that surround you that are not founded in the concepts of pain and fear, anger and hate, or self loathing. May you one day arise to find the veil lifted from your eyes and your vision cleared to the eternal love that fills the universe and only asks of you to give back to it the love you have received.

I don't place an "either/or" mentality on judging people. I look at people's actions as either harmful or non-harmful, but none of those judgments reflect upon the person as a whole.

To me people are neither innately good nor evil. They just are.

So, really, I'm just Wiccan.

It's impossible for any one to be good and yes that includes witches as it is witchcraft which is highly non-condusive to biblical recommendations.
I suspect you hate christians and I suspect you'd crucify me if I were in your presence, as there are more christians being killed in the world today than there ever has been. unfortunatly it does not get any mainsteem media attention like that witch trials in Massachussets. The world hates Jesus,He never sinned and we crucified Him. the world continues to crucify him by our sin like lies, stealing, hatred of our hearts, sexual sin, drug use, adultary. We all have done these things to some degree or a large degree. We all have sinned. Therefore, we need to repent of our sins which means to turn away from them and forsake them and we need to place our trust in Jesus alone. If one doesn't they will go to hell for an eternity. I hated to hear it also. It made me mad that god would send people to hell. but none of us goes to hell by accident. We choose to go to hell by our loving our sin and refusing to give up our sinful lives and lustful desires. It's not fun but it is neccesary if you want to avoid hell for an eternity.

i am wiccan and have been my whole life people are always saying wiccans are evil but where quit the oppisite there are no bad wiccans. the wiccan rede is: 'an ye harm none, do what ye will. in other words do what you like like as long as you dont harm anyone. that is truly good. wiccans only practice good magic and wish for world peace but balance. they dont where baggy hats and have broomsticks and are ugly there just like everyone else only there all for the greater good,the cosmic balance and grand design.

i am neither a good wiccan nor a bad wiccan. who even trys to classify wiccans as being "good" or "bad". are you christians a good christian or a bad christian? yeah now im classifying you. you dont like it do you? so stop classifying wicca as good or bad.
