  • Yes definatly, imo anyway!
  • One of my congratulatory questions was missing a question mark and got flagged which was ridiculous .....yes I agree with you on the "not a question flag "but for right now it's just flagged as nonsense .
  • That would be nice.
  • I think this would be a good flag to have. At the moment you can only really flag such things as "nonsense", but they aren't really nonsense in so far as they actually do make sense and usually attract a lot of answers as well, so the flags tend to be rejected in my experience. However I do think the site's fundamental "Q&A" format should be preserved and protected, so I would like to see such "questions" removed, and your suggestion of a flag designation would be a good way of doing this.
  • There is. A statement isn't a question here. It is just "Nonsense", or at least that is the definition at AB.
  • That would actually fall under the nonsense flag. I can see your point, but the nonsense flag also includes questions that are rather statements and rather not questions.
  • It's already there as the Nonsense flag. If someone is supposed to write a question in the question box and they don't, then it's nonsense.
  • We have been waiting for a duplicate option for glitch answers for about 9 months I think we can use the nonsense for the questions. We are getting alot of non questions i will agree with that. We are also getting a lot of Nonsense Red flagging which is totally inaccurate. Totally ordinary questions flagged as offensive. "Out of the Bag" looks as if a bunch of kids who cannot read have been in there with red crayons.
  • That Flag the Answer needs help. Like the Spam/Offensive one. Spam is one thing. Offensive is another. Perhaps the moderator is the one who decides if a question is nonsense or spam or offensive or not a question. Perhaps the flagging just separates the complaints into four piles to make it easier for the moderators.
  • It would fall under nonsense.
