  • I weigh 184 lbs. this morning and you don't know my frame structure or height. You could say I look repulsive or I look average. Since you don't eat a variety of fruits and vegetables, you are all constipated and backed up and that is why your belly protudes. I think you should probably weigh no more than 170. I am trying for 170.
  • I'd say that if you don't know whether it's a lot or not... it's a lot. The only way that could be healthy is if you're a muscle-man linebacker for a highschool/college football team.. or in a heavyweight division wrestling squad... and since you're asking if it's a lot or not... you obviously aren't either.
  • I think it depends on how tall you are, and also if you are muscular or not... 200 pounds on somebody who is 6'2 and muscular is very different than on somebody who is 5'2 and doesn't work out...
  • How tall are you and what kind of frame do you have. 200lbs would be ok for a medium frame about 6ft 2/3 man. Unless you are eating badly and just piling on weight
  • http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/ It all depends on your height if you are considered clinically "obese". The link is for a calculator to see what your Body Mass Index is.
  • It depends on your height and body frame. http://www.healthchecksystems.com/heightweightchart.htm http://www.uageneralagency.com/office/images/life_height_chart.gif
  • yeah that's pretty large for an 18 year old...depending on how tall you are and all...
  • The number on the scale has very little relevance. What is much more important is the percentage of your body's cells that are bone cells, muscle cells, blood cells, and FAT cells ... if you have only 2% fat cells, then you are fine ... ... here is a woman (on the left) who weighs 320lbs ... .
  • Depends on your height, build, body type.....
  • ity. it all depends. because i am 18 and weigh 240 and i feel the same way you feel,.
  • I have a hunch that yes, you're probably very overweight. Forget the actually numbers in weight though, you want to know your body fat percentage. I do not recommend checking your BMI, as I have found this to be quite inadequate for testing purposes. Rather, have a trainer do an actual body fat test on you and talk about your results. I'm willing to bet a good workout routine and clean diet over the course of time would do wonders for your overall health.
