No. It is a woman's legal right to have an abortion anywhere in the USA.

Good question. You would think a man would have a right to punitive damages or something similar when a woman does so without his consent, because that baby was his child too.

No. Because essentially it's the fetus is in the womans body and it's her right to do what she wants with herself

He cannot sue for the actual act of the abortion, but he can sue for other circumstances surrounding the abortion... For example fraud... Would he win? You never know...

Only if you use the logic that the zygote, or later the born child, is the PROPERTY of the man, in which case you could sue for destruction of property. Which would be a pretty awful precedent to set. (ps. you don't sue someone for breaking the law, that's what criminal courts are for. Abortion is legal, anyway. You don't sue someone because you think they did something immoral. You sue someone for damages, and you have to be able to prove damages under existing law. There is no law at present that would show damages to a man caused by a woman terminating her pregnancy.)

I would think that if that were possible, he would first have to prove it was his child that she aborted.
