Toxins are poisons, not usually infections. Toxins are dangerous chemicals, infections are dangerous bacteria. If you swallow something poisonous, which doesn't actually kill you, it may well find its way into your urine, which would in turn become poisonous. But it would not grow bacteria if cultured.

Wait... I think you've been misinformed.. who ever said urine was sterile?

If you don't drink 64 oz of what a day, required for healthy living, your kidneys can get infections and also your bladder. Drinking lemon water is great in cleaning your system along with sweating out the toxins. Plenty of healthy foods as well.
