All US male citizens and dual nationals between 18-25 are supposed to be registered with the Selective Service. The exceptions are people in hospitals or prisons, who must registered within 30 days of being released. Disabled men must register, and conscientious objectors must register. Interestingly enough, illegal aliens are required to register too. You are supposed to register within 30 days of your 18th birthday.
