It sounds like tension. You need a massage therapist or chiropractor to knead it out.

get more sleep, drink more water because if you don't your headache will be the worst in the world, get your blood pressure checked and stop taking so many headache tablets because they can actually give you headaches if you take them constantly. Get your eyes checked out - you may need glasses. Make sure your gas boiler or heater (if you have one) is not filling the house with carbon monoxide fumes (get one of those sticker things from the supermarket). Make sure you are eating enough (should you be on a starvation or crash diet), cut out chocolate and cheese for a bit as they are two of the main causes of migraines. After all that, go to see your doctor - and make sure you tell him you have done all of the above.

If you can eliminate stress that would be your first priority I'd say. If you can't eliminate you better find a headache specialized doctor. He will give you a best advice.
You have to identify a reason for your headache and try to eliminate it. I'd do so if I were you. :)

    Good luck to you.

Headaches are more frequently induced by poor blood circulation and high blood pressure. You need to walk or exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Stay hydrated as well with water, no sugar based drinks. And get a check up to see if it's not anything else.

Pain is hidden anger. Find out what you are so angry about and release it. After all whatever it is, if this was the last minute of your life, would it matter? If no, then let it go... don't sweat the small stuff.

You say daily headaches! Most people suffer from headaches but having them daily means you have an ongoing causal problem to deal with. Taking aspirin or paracetamol will actually cause you to have more headaches even if they do provide temporary relief. Stress, eye problems, hormonal imbalance, diet, working in offices under bad lighting and stale air (sick building syndrome) are just some factors which cause headaches. I would suggest you stop taking medications and keep a daily diary showing times you get headaches, when they are worse or when you don't have them. Also keep a record about what you were doing and what you were eating this way you can sometimes see a pattern emerging which may link you to the causes.

Cleanse your liver and look after it. It takes your liver about 40 days to excrete the toxic effects from 1 aspirin (remember modern aspirin is NOT natural but a chemical). Lots of water (hot with fresh lemon juice). No alcohol, sugar, fatty-oily foods. Also stimulate the Liver Jing-Well point every so often (located on the inside of the big toes, next to the toe-nail) use the side of a pen to rub from the tip to the web. Also massage the webbing between the thumb and pointing finger at onset of headache, it should go in about 2 mins) Let me know how this works for you.

Identify the cause and rectify it. Sometimes a neck sprain can be a cause, sometimes indigestion, sometimes hunger. Depending on your constitution. After a certain age, any imbalance in food, sleep or exercise can cause headache. A routine helps in most cases

Taking advil everyday is not good for you. Taking ANY non-prescribed medication is not good for you. Medicines such as, Tylenol, Advil, Motrin, Excedrin etc. are no good for your liver. Keep taking pain killers and your headaches will be the least of your problems. Did you try a heating pad? I find that it usually works. Or try therapy with a neurologist. Believe it or not they can help you. They'll just ask you a couple of questions and they can determine why you're having these headaches all the time.
I use to have headaches and migraines, but most of the time migraines, all the time. And migraines are the worst. They only occur on one side of the head and they hurt more. I went to a neurologist and he actually diagnosed me as having what they call CTTH "Chronic Tension Type Headache". It was due to stress in my life. After dealing with the things that were causing problems in my life the migraines subsided. I get them on occasion and all I do is take a heating pad and put it on my head for about 20 min. and it helps. But try a neurologist. You have to see your regular doctor first because they have to refer you to a neurologist. But tell them what I said and see what they say.
    Good Luck

You should look at all the things that could cause one.

    1) Medications ESPECIALLY birth control shots and some pills.

    2) Vision. Have you had your eyes checked lately>

    3) Caffiene. Are you abusing the java?

    4) Sleep. Are you getting enough.

    5) Neorological damage from an accident or fall.

    6) Teeth. You could have a bad infection and not know it.

    7) Sinuses. Allergies can lead to infections. You could have a bad infection and not even know it. Those cause dreadful headaches. Especially when bending over. My uncle died from an untreated sinus infection that went into his brain and gave him blood poisoning.

Then you have to look at when they started and what brought them on. Stress? Poor posture? Any of the other stuff listed? How long do they last? What makes them go away?

And if you are taking a tablet for it daily ou could be really damaging yourself with those or even have a mild addiction to them. Taking aspirin everyday cannot be good for your stomach lining and can cause other things. It might well be time to see a doctor but be prepared to answer questions like these.

    Good luck. Headaches suck.

Amongst the suggestion posted here, you just may have a sinus problems meaning your sinuses are not clearing properly which in return creates pressure. There are remedies for this. So if your headaches are every day, perhaps it is also allergies, therefor directly related to your sinuses. If I where you I would see a doctor.

Get an ice pack. Put it on the area where your head hurts for about 5 minutes, then wait 3, then 5 again. It constricts the blood vessels in your head to lessen the headache.

I put my feet in hot water (as hot as you can be comfortable) it causes the blood to move down. It works great but if you can't do that any time I would say that visualizing this happening works just as well. Might need some practice :)

Check Morgenstern's answer for some excellent advice. You may also consider smells as a trigger. I cannot be around nail polish or mold without getting a severe headache.

Since it centers around your neck, I strongly recommend a good chiropractor, massage or physical therapist. If you don't get a satisfactory answer from your current one, get a second opinion. My wife cannot handle my old chiropractor since she always came out hurting more than when she went in. She does handle massage therapy very well though. Don't give up hope though. You will find what triggers these headaches for you. Heck, it might even be a combination of several triggers.

It's all from mucles thought. It's in my back up towards my head. I think it's because i'm a 32DD....it may be the weight. I'm not sure.

You might try going to a chiropractor, who may be able to identify and relive the source of your headaches if it is physically based. Also, try on your own to decide what is causing them - stress, an improper glasses prescription, medications, or a mild allergy to something you encounter every day are all common suspects. Finally, go to your family doctor and explain what is wrong and he or she may be able to help you decide what the cause (and hopefully cure) is.

Look up Mangosteen "it's a fruit not a name brand" on the internet, works every time for me and it's all natural, and has other benefits buy it on line or from a health food store never from a multi-level. Too expensive, make sure they use the whole fruit as most of the health benefits are in the rind

  • First thing to do is get checked out by your doctor. Some causes of headaches are not serious but some are very serious.

Once the doctor says that their isn't anything seriously wrong, I would look into different types of relaxation methods. Different people enjoy different things. You might want to look into meditation, ti chi or yoga. Maybe a hot soak in the tub is how you like to relax. Or a walk in nature. Painting or collaging. Listening to relaxing music. (doesn't have to be classical whatever helps you relax.

The key thing is to do somthing relaxing for a few minutes each day. I know that is difficult for many people. But do your best and make sure you enjoy what you are doing rather than just doing it b/c someone said you should do this.

    Good luck

just about anything. aspirin is AWFUL for you. if you have headaches every day it may be a problem with the blood vessels in your brain and eyes. try some phosphorus (homeopathic, found in health food stores). there's a good one made by BOIRON. use the 6c not the 30c. it is stronger. if that doesn't work you may need to see a neurologist...

Diet, Diet and More Diet. Most of our foods lack mineral and vitamin content and are usually the main reason for headaches, migraines etc. Although its hard to get the minerals and vitamins we need in our food I would eat a very well balanced meal and lots of vegtables. Of course there are ways to supplement which my friend did after having migraines for 7+ years. If u'd like more info please let me know I'd love to let you know the company she got her liquid supplements from that helped so much. Gooduck!
