Help answer this question below.

I am taking some diet pills and I have lost about 7lbs in two weeks is that healthy? I don't feel sick but I am concerned because i have never lost that much weight in that amount of time.

    Be careful with those. Sometimes you're just losing water weight which will return when you stop taking them. Also, make sure you are getting the proper nutrition too.
    It's much better to lose weight without them, it at all possible. Just my opinion.

    Which pills are you taking.Are you doing anything along withthe pills? If you are changing your diet and exerciseing, I think its fine. Look at the Biggest Loser Show. They lose up to 20 lbs in a week. as long as you don't gain it back you should be ok. The Yo-Yo diet is what is most harmful to your body. You are healthier less the 7 pounds. Celebrate.
