It probably means that you have the right to remain silent and that they have the right to use anything you say in court against you.
-
Considering that most interviews are taped, it hardly seems likely.

All of them words mean nothing.even if they used them rights on u then u cant get them for anything.lol
-
They have to say that. Which just means you don't have to tell them anything. But if you decide to tell them anything, they can use it in court. Best always to lawyer up!!!! It doesn't matter, guilty or not, ALWAYS speak to an attorney before you say anything!!!!!!!

its a free country but think about it if u dont say nothing the fuckers are going to keep u longer at headquarters!! now my question is who did u kill???
-
No, it means exactly what it says literally. It means a confession can't be forced out of you, because you have the right to remain silent. In many countries, people don't have this right, and they may be compelled to talk, or even tortured. If you don't have the self-control to keep silent when keeping silent will only help you, you likely don't have the self-consciousness to understand what you're saying. So when you hear your own words quoted back to you, they come as a surprise because you'd never intended to express them. But, you did. If you actually have been misquoted and that was used as evidence against you in a court of law, you should definitely speak to a lawyer. More likely, you weren't misquoted, you're just confused, and you have no case.

They mean, "Now would be a good time to shut the h*@ll up!"
-
It means stop breaking the damn law. I'm sorry but anyone that doesn't understand what this means has more problems then just being arrested. If you broke the law and you were arrested for it take the punishment. we all know our wrongs and rights and fighting criminal charges on something you KNOW was wrong is wrong in itself. It's simple. Do the crime and do the time.

Thats call reading u ur rights...What they say is exactly what they me. Most police are corrupted and will use any thing u say to put u in jail.
