    There are a few drugs that can make a false positive, but they are fertility drugs or ones for endometriosis.

    There are no such warnings in any of the freely available information on this drug to indicate that it could produce such a result. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant and are taking this drug, please take notice of the following.

    No studies have been performed with Lexapro on pregnant women. However, studies have indicated it may produce a lower survival rate and a reduced growth rate among the young of test animals. I strongly recommend you read the data sheet for the drug at (US version) http://www.lexapro.com/pdf/lexapro_pi.pdf and contact your doctor.
