  • Find something relaxing to do to overcome the stress. "Your happy place..." If that doesn't work, ask a doctor to prescribe a sedative like Xanax or Valium, that'll help too...
  • That's anxiety. I would get it even when I wasn't stressed. Talk to your doctor. You can get meds for it, and you don't have to take them forever. If you don't want to go the meds route, google something like "non medicated anxiety relief" and you'll probably find some relaxation techniques.
