Is it possible to love or be in love with a stranger (someone you haven't talked to but every time you see that person, you just know that you already love him/her and it's not infatuation)?

No. If you don't know them, it is infatuation. Which is not to say that infatuation might not turn to love when you know them, but if all you know is their outside appearance, it is infatuation.

I think it's possible to think and believe it, but it's not possible to truly love someone without knowing who they really are.
