I live in Texas, and my license is going to be suspended soon. Is there any way to pay a fine rather than have my license suspended?

    No. i believe this is set by statute, in the state of texas, as well as most other states. paying a fine, is not an option.

    i live in texas.....if the cop's catch you driving with a suspended license on the first offense, this is a misdemeanor........it will usually not lead to jail time..........but, if you go after the suspension date and do not surrender your license, it is considered a Class B offense......call this number.......(888) 891-6445....tell them your story......take care....brian.....
