Do you mean Chicken a la Phoenix? There is a Chinese place near me that serves this. It is chicken breast stuffed w/ lobster, ham, scallion w/ chinese vegetables.
I'm sure other places have different names for the dish though.
Is there anything NOT made in China anymore? I'm sick of inferior quality goods and counterfeits.
