When taking any kind of oral medication generally the dissolvable medication that is prescribed as dissolvable in water and to be administered to you that way is the fastest.

But pain killers are not prescribed to be disslolvable and if painkillers are dissolved in water they can kill you dead.

Many tablets and capsules are designed to release a small amount of pain reliever to meet your needs over time. Do not defeat their purpose. If you need faster acting pain medication, then go to the emergency room for intravenous administration of painkillers.
