  • Did Mr. Squiggles "accidently" fall into the toilet?
  • I've never flushed a mammal before, but I'm sure a spider could survive the flush, and a fish for sure, unless it was dead when you flushed it which is more normal.
  • Spiders can come back up............back up the plughole or toilet - they can get out of the vacuum cleaner. I'd go and put the plug in the shut the bathroom door if I were you. There is only one way to make sure they are dead and that is to drop a telephone directory on them (or clothing catalogue) or to place the offending creature under a brick. It's probably already in the house with you by now, let's face it, they NEVER EVER make their way back outside do they - it will show up, guaranteed. And when it does, it will scare the shit out of you. You see the thing with spiders is that, despite appearances, they do not go down anywhere instead preferring to cling out of site just beneath the plug or water line - they lurk silently. OK, who is starting to feel itchy?
  • Yes. That's where Sewer Mutants come from. i thought everyone knew that! :D
  • Yes, I'm sure that is totally possible. There has to be some air in the pipe in order to flush in the first place, and it is a rather short, rapid trip to the big sewer pipe, where I'm sure any life-loving mouse, rat, spider, etc. would quickly find some high ground and air.
  • yeah there's a chance. where they end up? totally gross
