Heater on a 1991 grand am will not blow hot air. Where are the heater hoses for the heater core?

They should not be too hard to find, but I wonder if you have a vacuum activated heater control valve that is no longer functional. This would prevent coolant flow through your heater core. The hoses are normally fine, unless they or the heater core leaks, but that's easy to detect. =)
