Listen to music or an audio-book perhaps? That always helps me. Maybe not an audio-book of course, music would be a tad more suitable for what you are doing.

On a treadmill or running out? I always find time goes so much faster when I jog out. I take my ipod with me, then it's over in no time.

When I run I like to think about how good I am gonna look the more I run! Getting into shape has it's benefits in appearance too!

I listen to good music and run on trails to keep myself from watching the time... I try to change my trails every so often so I don't get bored with them...
