Help answer this question below.

Hi, I was wondering if anybody could help me finding an answer to this question: Compare aspirin, ibuprofen, and acetaminophen with respect to their analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and adverse effects. Thanks!

    Asprin is a blood thinner and gets it's analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties that way, ibuprofen is an anti-inflamatory and analgesic, acetaminophen acts primarily as an analgesic.


    They all interact differently with other drugs, so read the instructions and consult doctor if you are taking any drugs.


    Ibuprofen is processed mostly through the liver. Acetaminophen is processed mostly through the kidneys.


    That's about as much as I can think of off the top of my head.

    asprin is a anelgesic id use it for mild head
    aches. Ibeprofen can be used as a muscle relaxer
    for strained or torn muscles
