    After killing Diaz it comes that police outfit delivered to Washington Police Station in the left hand corner. Then you have to go in Washington Police Station and turn left then you will see police outfit and then collect it. After collecting it you will be wearing the police outfit.

    As the others have said, but I also wanted to point out, as a lot of people don't know this, once you're wearing the cop outfit, you can freely walk around the army base, and collect the M60, and none of the soldiers will shoot at you, unless you shoot at them first of course.

    Once you finish Copland mission,the cop outfit would be delivered to the police station in Washington Beach.Enter the police station and turn left into the room and there you get it.
