My RCA TV's picture changes from normal to blue or green tint, then changes back. Why does it do this, and how can I fix it?

There are 3 color tubes used to generate the color spectrum we see on the T.V. Sounds like one of your color tubes is dying out. Check how old your T.V. is and if necessary you may have to get a new T.V. or pay a hefty price for a new color tube replacement and labor. Good luck!
