What states allow agents with a NY license to work in their state?

None. You must have a RE license for any state in which you plan to work as a RE agent. I know this to be factual, because I was a licensed RE agent in Hawaii, in the 1980s and 90s. It's not like having a driver's license, where you can drive anywhere in the USA, Canada or Mexico with a USA license from one state. +5
