I take Vit C tablets. I don't know why because I get plenty of Vit C, I just like the taste of them I think.

Sure, I take a multi-vitamin /mineral once a day. It is just for insurance. You never know if you are getting everything you need from your food. Canned foods have had the "c**p" cooked out of them even before you cook them again. Same for most foods at restaurants. Vitamin C and the B complex can be evaporated from overcooked vegetables.

Only Vitamin C because of a infection I've had do to a broken tooth under a 5-pc bridge work. Can not have the person who done the work fix it for he passed away right after. So to keep the infection down. I was told by a friend over the air-ways to take vitamin C & that I've been doing. To bad I don't have the ins: to cover it. For if I did this bridge would be gone or a root "C" job done on the infected tooth.
