  • Considering that none of the "Communist" governments used the system of Communism created by Karl Marx, but rather used the government structure of Totalitarian Dictatorship or Totalitarian Oligarchy, I'm not sure why people believe that Karl Marx's system of government can be blamed for government systems like Stalinism, Maoism, and Castroism. Stalin wanted to make his Totalitarian Dictatorship sound good, so he borrowed the name from an unrelated system of government called Communism. Communism works great up to 100,000 people, after which point it either goes democracy or goes authoritarian.
  • Commies will never be sorry, and yes,it bothers me that some, especially Russia, still thinks that Communism is good.
  • Yes, it does bother me a great deal, particularly in my own country (USA). These are the people Lenin defined as useful idiots, they know really nothing about it, they just follow along like good sheeple. For evidence you need look no further than 'popular culture' here, the iconic picture of the murderer Che Guevara (Castro's right hand man and executioner), red stars, and the old hammer & sickle are symbols I commonly see young people wearing. How are these things any different than a swastika or a photo Heinrich Himmler? The Nazis were pikers compared to the torrent of blood that Communism (or Bolshevism or whatever term you want to put on it) has been responsible for this century. Not saying the Nazis weren't evil, its just amusing and disgusting to me that people are so ignorant they can't see that totalitarian rule, no matter by whom or with what good intentions, always works out to the detriment of the ruled.
