I can't remmeber what I've thought about JUST before I fall asleep. But a bit before it I think about things most on my mind. Things I want to achieve. Deep thoughts, basically.

Before falling asleep, I usually ask forgiveness for any harm that I may have caused through what I'd done or what I'd failed to do. Then, I ask for the grace to do better. Finally, I fall asleep mentally talking to my father or to my wheaten terrier both of whom have been dead for several years.
