Health care, because America is not prepared to assist the impact of a rapid-aging majority of Baby Boomers entering old age upon our medical systems. Further, more than 47 million American do not have Health Insurance, which is nothing but a national shame -- Only America and South Africa are Western industrial Nations which neglect their citizens in this way (Even Cuba has better health care than the US, as their consistently lower childbirth death rates indicate). And for those lucky enough to have some form of health insurance, most Americans discover that as soon as they get sick and stop paying their premiums, their so-called 'insurance' disappears and doesn't offer sufficient coverage, as the Insurance companies employ legions of lobbyists and lawyers to disqualify 'insuranced' Americans from their benefits. Case-in-point, GOP Candidate Romney and Democratic Party Candidate Clinton have remarkably similar proposals for over-hauling US healthcare -- in this case, both prominent candidates are listening to polls and for once, they get it.
