So, you can only assume sandals would make no difference.

You can drive with sandals, not barefoot! better have them ready to put on. Oh, make sure they don't get caught under the gas or brake pedal!

If i sell a car to someone from another state, and i take my current plates off my car ,as they are in my name... what or how does the seller go about "plating" it to drive back to their own state?
