No I don't agree. Bush is being proactive. A big war is coming and appeasement is not going to get us anywhere.

Of course-he said "I'm a war president. Every decision I make, I'm thinking about war." Pretty scary. I think that he thinks it makes him look like a rooting-tooting, gun packing Texas Cowboy.

Naa, if he really wanted war he could do -M-U-C-H-, -M-U-C-H- worse. I think he is just slightly incompetent, perhaps a little disconnected from the realities of the situation, but certainly not a warmonger.
