I think to ourselves we consider live is unfair when we don't get what we think we deserve. But as people we forget that we should not take things we already have for granted, and appreciate the things we do have more. Things happen for a reason.

Life is not fair or unfair. Life is. Good things happen, painful things happen. All experiences can shape us into better people if we allow them to. It's not about getting what we deserve; it's about using what we get to our benefit.

Life is definitely unfair - if it's true that life is suffering and pain with brief intervals of peace. To survive in the face of unfairness requires luck (or skill as an egotist would describe it). No wonder we base good fortune on luck. If life knocks you out, before you go unconscious Life shows up with the smelling salts - some may view this as a continuation on a theme. Further evidence of lifes unfairness is the divination of fairness - regressing to the childishness of divine benevolence through religion and whatnot, in the meantime stuffing oneself with food and drink to help forget a hard day. We ask whether life is unfair but the answer has been deeply engrained in us through countless generations of struggle for survival. One good way to look at it is to look at the animal kingdom - rampant with murder and cannibalism and rape, yet we do not blink. And how much worse do we behave toward one another. The answer is deeply rooted in our fears that, indeed - life is unfair.

There are some old sayings.."You reap what you sow" and What you send out (to the Universe) comes back to you 10 fold. So if you think that life isn't fair...and shit is always happening to you, think about what you have said, done, thought to bring all that to yourself. Guard your thoughts (they are very powerful) and change your attitude.

God is a merciful loving caring God. He is not one who throws lightning bolts at you. If we all got what we deserved we'd probably be locked up tortured or dead. Yes people have good intentions, but we are all sinners. On the same note I do believe in karma, but not to the extent that every good or bad thing comes back to you. However I do think certain things do come back and no deed goes unseen by our creator which you will have to face and answer when judgement day comes. So yes life is fair.

no... and it can never be made to be fair... just a function of life is that it does not fit in a box. however the purpose of government is to level the playing field a little to protect the weak from the powerful. it has however in recent years done the opposite and those who are financially powerful get more and more while the serfs get less and less. it is not deemed slavery because you get to pick which task master you make rich. regardless they get filthy rich off your labor and you are spat upon for thinking you are entitled to enough money to pay the electric bill. government is failing to fulfil its reason for existence and it won't be long before it crumbles inder the weight of aristocracy

No... I've been sober my entire life, i get good grades in school, I'm still a virgin, I've never stolen anything, I've never beaten anyone up, I've never gambled (with real money). yet my drug abusing neighbor gets great grades without trying, can sleep better than a baby, has awesome parents, has NEVER gotten hurt, nothing... I have a mild case of insomnia, as far as falling asleep, i struggle to get a B in some classes, all my teachers are pricks and dumbasses, my parents are overprotective and short tempered, I have a lot of bad looks, I've had 9 cavities and i actually maintain my teeth, i have a blood clotting disorder, i have abnormal and random nosebleeds, i have a small benign tumor, my parents are overprotective, strict, and short-temmpered.

I have been shown again that life is not fair. It is more a series of cirmcumstances, some good and some bad. I'd like to believe though, that what goes around comes around. It just seems that ways sometimes.

I'm not sure. Can't really speak for anyone else but i definately don't think i got what i deserved. The b.s. in the form of regret corresponding to too many wasted opportunities in my life has been far too much in extent and has lasted for far too much time causing unbearable suffering.

Nobody gets what they deserve. And life isnt ment to be fair. Nobody can learn unless they strive...and nobody can strive without heart. But when a person knows what they want and goes for it, they get the rewards they deserve. In life its not about what we get...but our train of thought also as we get their. We have to be determined, hopefull, assertive...and strive, and be positive...and try try again. We all get our ass kicked around here on earth. We get thrown to the ground and spit on (sometimes literly)...and we become homeless, and broke...and beating and abused. ...But we learn from it. We become stronger. Its like a video game.... In level 1 its hard...we dont have much armor or life... but as we progree and fight...we learn, we gain, we achieve... When were at level 54...level 1 is so easy we dont even havta think about it...just run through the level with ease. With failure, and pain...we become great. Achieve. No...we dont get what we deserve.

Life is both fair and unfair at different times. Sometimes we get what we deserve and sometimes we don't. We tend to get away with much more than we should. The trick is to strive to get your way while appreciating the things that already do go your way.

sometimes yes, sometimes no. Sometimes when things go wrong for us, it is a direct consequence of our own actions. Other times, it is just an unavoidable and undeserved tragedy.

actually it depends on person. if person is pessimistic then life is full of trouble for him,paradigm of vision is merely responsible for that. personally i believe in gospel of BIBLE "AS A MAN THINKETH HIS LIFE WOULD BE". a minor change in cone of vision and thoughts can change life forever and person can get whatever he wants.it is not a bookish thought it's my personal experience.
