  • The list could go on and on. Just look on things for wheat, barley, oats, rye, amaranth, and numerous other grains, plus look for 'gluten'. It's easier to find a list that has gluten products than without.

  • Quinoa, Millet, Rice - both white and brown, Potatoes, Corn, are all gluten free. Many stores will label foods as gluten free and have a gluten free section. You want to avoid, wheat, white flour, barley, and oats.
