Help answer this question below.

I have a 1997 Chevy S10 2.2 4cyl motor. When I accelerate it has no power. Wont go over 30mph. What could be the problem?

    check your pre cat its pluged its a round ball before your main cat have it replaced sounds nuts but it is most likey problem

    I had a 93 s-10 that had a similar problem, does your air filter go bad really quick, if so it might be your exhaust manifold got a crack in it.

    If all else fails........Check to see if the catalytic converter is working properly. I had a Chevy Impala that I could'nt get over 50 mph. Good luck.
