Question

Help answer this question below.

My clothes have been in the drying machine for an hour now. I put it on every option possible (press care, normal dry, wrinkle release, damp dry) still the clothes aren't dry. They're not wet, they're just really moist and weird. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Are they warm at all? If they are not warm then you may want to check the hoses coming out of the back, and the exhaust outside for clogs. Had a problem with that earlier this year, ended up costing me 40 bucks because I didn't think to check the external exhaust.

clean out the lent filter and check the air discharge tube to make sure it is not blocked or clogged.

You might just have overfilled the machine - you need to give the hot air some space to circulate or it'll take forever to dry them - try taking some out and drying in two smaller loads.

Sometimes too many clothes in the dryer can cause this.

Check your breaker. If your outlet is only putting out
120v instead of 220v the dryer will not heat. There
will be enough current to turn the drum but not enough
to run the heating element. You'll need a voltage tester to see what the outlet is putting out. If you
are not qualified to do this, get someone who is.
220v is nothing to be playing with.

If the dryer isn't heating up at all, you may need a new heating element.
If it isn't tumbling, you need a new belt installed.

After checking the lint trap and external exhaust, run the machine for a few minutes while you stand there. Listen to hear if the clothes are tumbling, or check in a moment to see if different ones are on top. Check to see if the air has warmed up. If not, call a repairman... or a really handy friend.

Check for clogs AND check the link trap area, not just cleaning the mesh but stick a fuzzy brush and clean the slot itself.
