Not being famiiar with your car, brings me to this question.

    Is it a rear-wheel-drive vehicle??

OK, laugh -- as we all know most cars have gone to front wheel drive, but it's worth asking.

If it's RWD, the clunking is probably the universal joint at the rear of the drive shaft going into the rear-end yoke.

If it's a FWD unit, it could be rear wheel bearings.

That is the EVAP system or gas cap. The rattle could be a loose evap canister.

The clunking noise could be many things, but you're better off getting it checked out by a reliable auto repair shop or dealership. Does the noise only occur when you make a turn or is it all the time? My car had a clunking noise at one point and it ended up being the axle, which was relatively inexpensive to repair. Get it checked out.
