I married my second wife 10 days after my first marriage was finalized. Alabama requires 45 days after finalization before getting remarried. Do I now apply for an annulment or for a divorce?

    Sounds like you need to apply for an attorney, for bigamy. being married to two people, at one time, is a law violation in just about every state. hope no one raises this question. you need to contact an attorney. maybe, he will not tell.

    It sounds like your second marriage was never valid in the first place, so neither an annulment or a divorce would be necessary.
