President John Fitzgerald Kennedy's assassination is ranked on a list of unexplained mysteries. Some people believe that he was shot by Lee Oswald alone, others believe it was the result of a much broader conspiracy. But what's your opinion?

I think it is a broader mystery that has many obvious hidden elements.Most of the explanations about the incident make no sense at all,and by hiding the facts shows there is foul play involved.I would hesitate to say that Oswald was one of the shooters.

My opinion is conspiracy! I would say it is because if it wasn't government related they would figure it out already

I really don't know much about this whole thing, but I was talking about it the other day, and I realized that it's very possible his assassination was part of a government conspiracy.

I'm almost positive that Oswald didn't act alone.

Yes, it certainly looks like an inside job.

A friend of mine says that Jack Ruby was a relative of his. The assassination was basically a hit by the Jewish Mafia in response to his and Bobby's treatment of them.

My opinion is that we do not know what happened.

I honestly think it could go either way. Kennedy and his brother definitely pissed off the mafia, who helped Kennedy get elected by manipulating the labor unions and they thought they had a friend in Kennedy since they had a friend in JFK's father Joe who was a bootlegger from back in the day, but once JFK and RObert Kennedy started going after the mafia, it may have been the reason both got it in the end. On the flip side, Oswald was a trained sniper, so who is to say what he did or didn't do that day with a rifle. He may have gotten off those three perfect shots.

After the initial botched investigation, I believe it is nearly impossible to convince the entire U.S. population of any one theory now.
Too much time has passed. Too many people with vested interests have tried to prove their view is correct. Too many lies from in the official government report. It's my guess that the people alive now will never have a definitive answer.

Lee Harvey Oswald was a patsy and the mafia far too convenient, he died from a bullet fired by a person contracted by our own government!!! They have lied for years about landing on the moon and 9-1-1 more current, killing a sitting US President is not something beyond our governments abilities. Sadly, I think with the atmosphere being what it is these days, we may see it happen again, sadly!!!

I never fancied myself a gun person, but I do own semi auto handguns, shotguns, and recently purchased a M4 (M-16 commando version) and a ACR, with 1500 rounds of ammunition, because if it does happen, I will be taking too the streets to defend my family!!!
