Which gifts of the Holy Spirit are evident and operational in your Church? Specifically, spiritual gifts like the gifts of tongues, prophecy and miracles. If so can you please indentify the gift(s) and the denomination you belong.

As a Baptist Christian, I believe that we receive the Holy Ghost the very moment that we get saved(become born-again) because the Bible teaches us in Romans 8:9 that if we do not have the Spirit of Christ we are none of His. I believe that the Holy Ghost indwells us from the moment of our second birth and forevermore and that the evidence of the Holy Ghost are the fruit of the Spirit which is given to us in Galations 5:22-23. I do not believe in speaking in tongues in the way that Pentacostals and Charismatics do. I hope that this is helpful. :) -In the service of the Master. Thank you and God bless you!

All different types of gifts are evident in my church. a church cannot operate on all members being leaders. We have leaders, teachers, prophets, givers, servants, exhorters, and mercies. I go to an open bible church. (christian) I don't know my gift yet but I might be a servant/exhorter.
