no, never found anything..and Mary , HIS mother, HE gave to the Apostle whom HE loved much, John, while dying on the cross.
I wondered at this point why Christ did this. Where were HIS other siblings? a couple have a book in the Bible..I know HE knew John would take care of HIS mother as his own...so I assumed Joseph had passed and maybe the other siblings also.

As Catholics, we have written tradition of what happened to Mary - she was assumed into Heaven when she was older. (It's in the really apocryphal Transitus Mariae). Joseph has no records of what happened to him in the intervening years of Jesus at the Temple (when he was alive) and Jesus on the cross (when he was almost certainly dead). It's assumed he died at some point in between (obviously), but there isn't any record of when or how. It's also assumed it was before Jesus's public ministry, though - he wasn't at the wedding at Cana.

Actually we don't know what became of Mary. At least the physical or biological Mary. The Church put her right there next to her son, or just below the trinity. Jesus of course got kilt but then went on to head up a major religion. Jesus did tell John to take care of his momma, ( I think it was John, it wasn't one James was it? You can look it up) regardless, Mary probly got taken care of, the Roman Empire actually did have somethin anologous to Social Security . Of course it was that folks had to take care of their parents, if they didn't the Empire would make sure they had shelter, clothing, and food.If it could the govt, would make the kids pay for it, if it couldn't the govt. wouls at least give them the mimimum. And of course the Rabbis had, by then, determined that the fatheres and mothers that were to be honored included all of the elders. Not that Mary was an elder, though Joseph probably was. But Mary was a mother.ibed as a carpenter and not an apprentice or Journeyman he was probably in his his forties when he stood up beside Mary and said yall leave this woman alone she is pure and I stake my reputation on that. It took along time back then to become a master back then, we know that from Roman records. Since a man had to be way lucky , or way rich,or a emporer to live to fifty back then, despite the longevity of the Jewish Patriarchs who lived to be 500, 600, or even over 700 years back then, Joseph was probably long dead by the time they hung his step son on the tree.
