Supposedly not. Some stimulation will still be necessary according to the commercials.

Cialis, also known as the "weekend pill" is taken at least 30 minutes prior to expected sexual activity. The great thing about Cialis (over Viagra and Levitra) is that it stays in your system for up to 36-hours. It is the only pill thus far that really allows for spontaneous sex.

In order to achieve an erection with Cialis, you still need some form of sexual stimulation. Cialis is a PDE-5 inhibitor and works by increasing blood flow into the penis.

Again, saying that it stays in your system for 36-hours does not mean you will have a 36-hour erection...if you experience an erection lasting more than 4-hours please contact your doctor.

Stimulation is still required. Cialis and similar drugs are vaso-dilators , which means they make it easier for your blood vessels to fill like they should--they dilate blood vessles. They don't actually make you erect, they make the process easier.

No not at all.It will have no effect without sexual stimulation thats why it is recommended 2-4 hours before sexual intercourse. Therefore it is just like a dynamite without fire. To blow dynamite you have to ignite. so all these drugs works as placebo without sexual stimulation

taking any (what i call sex pill) doesn't lead to an erection unless you are sexually stimulated visually and phisycally. but there is a chance you may experience an erection lasting way too long then stop taking it and see your doctor.
