  • Yes. If, for example, you open a Bank of America account in Los Angeles, California, then decide to move to Henderson, Nevada years later, you can keep the same account and use your ATM card, checks, and even go in and see live tellers. Moving your account, on the other hand, may require you to close your account at your "home branch" first, then re-opening it in your new state. If you're just trying to get money and make deposits, then yes, there is no problem as long as your bank has a branch or an affiliate branch at your destination. Hope that helps ;) -chuck
