No, but I had a couple who would pull coins out of my ears. I don't ever recall being able to keep the coins, though. There must have been something special about them that they would fit in my ears without me noticing.

Ha ha, I'm sure I have! Male relatives, especially, love to do stupid tricks and games with little 'uns. Now that I'm a little older (early 20s), I find myself doing the same things to my younger cousins and friends' kids that my older relatives did to me when I was younger. It's all attention seeking, we want attention from the small ones, and the little ones enjoy the attention we give them :-)
