Some people say "How are you guys?" others say "you folks".. some say "y'all" or "you all"... what is the term where you live?

The younger crowd says "you guys" and the older set says "you folks". I still say "y'all" because that was how I was raised. And, believe it or not, I lived in an area for a brief period of time where the common term was "you uns".

I say "you guys" usually. I have lived most of my life in Texas, but the whole "y'all" thing never caught on with me.

Depends upon what types of people I am talking to. I generally greet people in the language they are most expecting to hear. I adapt my greeting.

I live in a Rural town about an hour from 2 huge cities. and we mix the country and the urban influence we say .. What up Yah'll.
