Question

Help answer this question below.

My camera records RAW X3F format, requiring conversion to JPEG or TIFF format before being edited by Photoshop Elements 2.0. I read it is best to edit photos in PSD format. Should I convert the TIFF to PSD, or just edit in the TIFF or JPEG format?

If you convert the photo to the PSD format, you will be able to save all of your changes and layers so that way if you ever have to go back and make minor changes all of your previous layers will still be intact vs trying to erase and restack a picture from the JPG or tiff format.
