I only just got it the other day. I had to read it about 20 times to finally understand it. It just goes to show no matter what we can't be different... well I think so, anyway.

I used to be in a band called "The Originals" that dis-banded and we went under another name. After a couple years we wanted to be The Originals again, but someone else had taken it since we weren't using it. We thought about becomeing "The New Originals", but what's the point? Not only do I believe that each person is unique but I believe that everyone possesses greatness. The question is; what will you do with that unique greatness?

I think it means that we're all the same in the fact that we're all different..and to embrace our uniqueness. We were meant to be different otherwise we would have been made all the same. We all have different fingerprints. It's interesting really. Have you ever thought about how boring this world would be if we were all the same? Yet it's funny that we constantly criticize others for their "uniqueness" - like for something that is different from our norm...

It's ironically true. Reworded, it's "Everyone is unique, including you". I'm sure the person who first said it, either mangled what they were trying to say, or said it that way to elicit a laugh.
