Is it possible to miss one of the artifacts? I've found all of the artifacts except "warrior". I beat the elite pirate in the research room, but somehow didn't get the artifact. Where can I find it?

Yes, it is possible since the artifacts are fairly well hidden. But unless they are all found the game cannot be progressed. The Warrior artifact should be located in the Phazon Mines after a powerful concussion weapon is obtained. There should be an Elite Pirate trapped inside an incubator casing somewhere in the beginning stages of the mines. Release it and defeat it in order to acquire the artifact.

There IS a certain glitch associated with Metroid Prime. Supposedly, if you defeat the Omega Pirate, then leave the room WITHOUT taking the artifact, you won't be able to get the artifact of the warrior (you can find other stuff like this on www.metroid2002.com). I'm not sure if this is what you did, but (sorry about this...) if you did, you're pretty much screwed, and you won't be able to beat ridley, not to mention, metroid prime.

Answer 1 is lying because I did the same thing u did but I finally when back in the mines. It is in a spot before the room where u battle the omega pirate. U know, where u have to roll up in a ball. I think u have to use power bomb or something. I aint played it awhile so I dont remember much. But I did beat the games though.
