Does anyone know of some good anachronistic websites that look like what a website would have looked like, in past time, before PCs and the Internet were available?

• ARE YOU DENSE??? I mean "retro-themed" sites, like how there are retro-themed restaurants. One example: Spangles is a 1950s-themed establishment that had all of the things and designs you'd expect from the '50s (Minus the prices! ;) ). (http://www.spanglesinc.com)

• Hmmm. DENSE? I actually got to thinking about what a good idea this could be, but due to your lack of manners and respect for others ...... click..... I just deleted the whole flash site I was throwing together on my own webserver. Maybe you'll find what you're looking for from one of these many other answers you've gotten thus far. And yes a FLASH site would probably be the way to go.

• That was months ago. I was in a different mood, and didn't anticipate your particular response. If you deleted it, why would you take 4 months to respond about it? Hopefully, you'll think my apologies are enough, so my apologies if it is.
  
  If you didn't understand what I meant in my question, the only way you could've thought about this idea was if you read my above comment first. Then why would you make the flash site in the first place just to delete later? If you read it first and thought I was being disrespectful, then you wouldn't have started on it in the first place. To make amends and you feel better, I've changed the answer rating.
  
  I assume the flash site only took minutes to throw together, because who would want to throw hours of their own time down the drain? Even if you don't have the will to make your own retro-looking website, I hope to see some more other retro sites sometime.

What if a website (though made today), was -designed- the same way? Have you seen sites that give a "retro" look of a time-period well before the first website ever launched?

• Pfiffer and Joe, I meant sites with retro themes. A 50's themed restaurant (like Spangles) has 50s designs, decor, and so on. I wondered if a website could be decorated similarly.
