I believe it is Ham. I know most of the world use Ham as their traditional xmas meal, only the British use Turkey, as far as I am aware.

Turkey, sometimes ham, are common for Christmas, but there really isn't a single food strongly associated with Christmas the way Thanksgiving is. A lot of families will have turkey, but it's up to each family and their own traditions.

We usually have both turkey and ham. If Christmas is at Grandma's we'll have duck mmmmmm.

Most of the time we have prime rib for Christmas, but I've made turkey, ham, duck, all three, just lots of appetizers, ordered party subs....depends on how busy I am!

I think Ham is the favorite, but some people can't eat that or don't like it. Some large families serve both. Others do a meal that is more 'upscale', serving lamb or roast. Vegetarians often have lasagna, as do some other families that favor Italian dishes.

My ex in-laws family all-ways had duck my parents always had ham I prefer ham and turkey so thats nwhat I shall cook from now on , that will be my traditional Christmas Dinner, Ham and potato salad turkey, with mashed potato s gravy, stuffing, corn bread, and creamed green beans now this all must be gone by New Years, since thats for BBQ pork ribs and augroten potatos.. OK NOW Im hungry !

There's no universal "tradition" for Christmas entree like Thanksgiving (turkey) and Easter (ham). Some have beef, some ham, and some have turkey again.
